The Sisters Of Unity Book Club
believes that literary discussion is an effective way
of exchanging ideas to deal with some of the issues that we as
African-American women face in our communities. We also believe
that reading is an excellent networking tool that leads us to a better
understanding of ourselves and our fellow members.
Our mission is to celebrate sisterhood by coming together and sharing our
thoughts, experiences and beliefs in order to enrich the lives of others.
Welcome
The Sisters Of Unity Book Club believes that literary discussion is an effective way of exchanging ideas to deal with some of the issues that we as African-American women face in our communities. We also believe that reading is an excellent networking tool that leads us to a better understanding of ourselves and our fellow members. In order to be a member you must be at least 21 years of age. Our members hold careers in a variety of industries, including government, healthcare, finance, retail, education, law enforcement and legal fields.
